Frozen 10 ml bottle Jouza Hookah in Belgrade: the deals shortlist
Frozen in Belgrade: 6 units tested over 8 weeks, 10 ml bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Delivery, returns and what 3–8 business days really means
The honest read on frozen: 6 units through the same routine over 8 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
Frozen 10 ml bottle reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 6 units and 8 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
Below is the run we did for this search: 6 units, 10 ml bottle, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a frozen 10 ml bottle really costs in Belgrade
Frozen sounds like one product. It is not: a 10 ml bottle running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
How we tested frozen in a 10 ml bottle
- Pick the 10 ml bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Serbia, not a suggestion.
- Batch code and production date, so a frozen bottle turned in 8 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where frozen goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Belgrade accept nicotine freight.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why frozen tastes flat after two days.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Serbia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid.

| Entry kit | RSD58 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | RSD1.7 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |
