Frozen cartomizer Jouza Hookah in Belgrade: the cheap shortlist
Frozen in Belgrade: 7 units tested over 7 weeks, cartomizer formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Delivery, returns and what 3–8 business days really means
Frozen prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Belgrade that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within RSD2.7 per 10 ml.
A frozen cartomizer from the cheapest options in Belgrade costs about RSD2.7 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
If you only read one line: the cartomizer you buy decides how long frozen tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a frozen cartomizer really costs in Belgrade
We run frozen the same way in Belgrade: same cartomizer, same 7 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested frozen in a cartomizer
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the cartomizer that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every frozen bottle shipped into Belgrade.
- Coil type inside the cartomizer, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where frozen goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a cartomizer that then needs an adapter nobody in Belgrade stocks.
- Buying the cheapest cartomizer available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Belgrade accept nicotine freight.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Serbia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid.

Frequently asked questions
How long does frozen in a cartomizer last?
In Belgrade we measured 7 to 7 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
What nicotine strength should frozen start at?
Start at whatever Serbia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a cartomizer.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On frozen the budget price and the premium price can sit within RSD2.7 per 10 ml once 3–8 business days is counted.
