Ordering Jouza Hookah to Belgrade: the practical version
Frozen in a mesh tank is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Belgrade the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
We run frozen the same way in Belgrade: same mesh tank, same 8 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
The short version: frozen in Belgrade works if the mesh tank, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a frozen mesh tank really costs in Belgrade
Frozen in Belgrade reaches the shelf in mesh tank formats, and the value ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
How we tested frozen in a mesh tank
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the mesh tank that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a mesh tank arrives sealed but wrong.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Serbia, not a suggestion.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every frozen bottle shipped into Belgrade.
Where frozen goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a mesh tank that then needs an adapter nobody in Belgrade stocks.
- Mixing frozen with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Treating the advertised RSD38 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD2.88 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid. Shipping of nicotine to Belgrade runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
Why does frozen taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the mesh tank units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the frozen blend itself harsh.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On frozen the budget price and the premium price can sit within RSD2.88 per 10 ml once 3–8 business days is counted.
Do you ship tracked orders to Belgrade?
Yes, tracked to 3–8 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
