Frozen pod kit Jouza Hookah in Belgrade: the budget shortlist
Frozen in Belgrade: 15 units tested over 4 weeks, pod kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
Frozen prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Belgrade that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within RSD2.02 per 10 ml.
If you are looking at frozen in Belgrade, the first question is not strength. It is whether the pod kit you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
The short version: frozen in Belgrade works if the pod kit, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a frozen pod kit really costs in Belgrade
Frozen pod kit reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 15 units and 4 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested frozen in a pod kit
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Pick the pod kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Batch code and production date, so a frozen bottle turned in 4 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Coil type inside the pod kit, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a pod kit arrives sealed but wrong.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where frozen goes wrong
- Mixing frozen with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Belgrade accept nicotine freight.
- Treating the advertised RSD54 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD2.02 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid. Shipping of nicotine to Belgrade runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Retail sales in Serbia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

| Nicotine ceiling | 20 mg/mL | Legal retail limit in Serbia |

| Entry kit | RSD54 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | RSD2.02 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |
