Frozen prefilled pod Jouza Hookah in Belgrade: the wholesale shortlist — Belgradejouza
Frozen in Belgrade: 21 units tested over 7 weeks, prefilled pod formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
How we tested Frozen prefilled pod here
Frozen prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Belgrade that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within RSD1.75 per 10 ml.
Frozen in a prefilled pod is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Belgrade the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
Below is the run we did for this search: 21 units, prefilled pod, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a frozen prefilled pod really costs in Belgrade
A frozen prefilled pod from the bulk options in Belgrade costs about RSD1.75 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested frozen in a prefilled pod
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the prefilled pod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a prefilled pod arrives sealed but wrong.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Serbia, not a suggestion.
- Spare parts availability for prefilled pod in Belgrade, since tanks and pods go first.
Where frozen goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest prefilled pod available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Treating the advertised RSD48 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD1.75 per 10 ml.
- Chasing a discount on a prefilled pod that then needs an adapter nobody in Belgrade stocks.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for frozen in Belgrade must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Retail sales in Serbia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
Is frozen legal to sell in Serbia?
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid.
Why does frozen taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the prefilled pod units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the frozen blend itself harsh.
Do you ship tracked orders to Belgrade?
Yes, tracked to 3–8 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
