Frozen refill pack Jouza Hookah in Belgrade: the flat shortlist
Frozen in Belgrade: 8 units tested over 3 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Where buyers go wrong with frozen in Belgrade
A frozen refill pack from the flat-rate options in Belgrade costs about RSD2.63 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Frozen prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Belgrade that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within RSD2.63 per 10 ml.
The short version: frozen in Belgrade works if the refill pack, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a frozen refill pack really costs in Belgrade
Frozen in Belgrade reaches the shelf in refill pack formats, and the flat-rate ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
How we tested frozen in a refill pack
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Coil type inside the refill pack, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every frozen bottle shipped into Belgrade.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Spare parts availability for refill pack in Belgrade, since tanks and pods go first.
Where frozen goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why frozen tastes flat after two days.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Belgrade accept nicotine freight.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Serbia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid.
