Ordering Jouza Hookah to Belgrade: the practical version
Frozen sub-ohm kit reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 6 units and 4 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
Frozen prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Belgrade that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within RSD3.55 per 10 ml.
The short version: frozen in Belgrade works if the sub-ohm kit, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a frozen sub-ohm kit really costs in Belgrade
Ordering into Belgrade usually means waiting 3–8 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
How we tested frozen in a sub-ohm kit
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the sub-ohm kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Serbia, not a suggestion.
- Spare parts availability for sub-ohm kit in Belgrade, since tanks and pods go first.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where frozen goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a sub-ohm kit that then needs an adapter nobody in Belgrade stocks.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why frozen tastes flat after two days.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long frozen in Belgrade survives.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Serbia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid. Shipping of nicotine to Belgrade runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

| Nicotine ceiling | 20 mg/mL | Legal retail limit in Serbia |

| Delivery to Belgrade | 3–8 business days | Buffer the reorder around this |
| Entry kit | RSD53 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | RSD3.55 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |

Frequently asked questions
Can I order Jouza Hookah online in Belgrade?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 3–8 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
Why does frozen taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the sub-ohm kit units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the frozen blend itself harsh.
How long does frozen in a sub-ohm kit last?
In Belgrade we measured 4 to 6 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
