Frozen sub-ohm kit Jouza Hookah in Belgrade: the guide shortlist
Frozen in Belgrade: 8 units tested over 5 weeks, sub-ohm kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Delivery, returns and what 3–8 business days really means
Most people searching Jouza Hookah in Belgrade are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
Frozen prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Belgrade that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within RSD3.37 per 10 ml.
The short version: frozen in Belgrade works if the sub-ohm kit, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a frozen sub-ohm kit really costs in Belgrade
If you are looking at frozen in Belgrade, the first question is not strength. It is whether the sub-ohm kit you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested frozen in a sub-ohm kit
- Pick the sub-ohm kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Serbia, not a suggestion.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a sub-ohm kit arrives sealed but wrong.
- Spare parts availability for sub-ohm kit in Belgrade, since tanks and pods go first.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where frozen goes wrong
- Treating the advertised RSD48 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD3.37 per 10 ml.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why frozen tastes flat after two days.
- Buying the cheapest sub-ohm kit available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid. Shipping of nicotine to Belgrade runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
Do you ship tracked orders to Belgrade?
Yes, tracked to 3–8 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
How long does frozen in a sub-ohm kit last?
In Belgrade we measured 5 to 8 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
What nicotine strength should frozen start at?
Start at whatever Serbia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a sub-ohm kit.
