Frozen vape pen Jouza Hookah in Belgrade: the budget shortlist
Frozen in Belgrade: 8 units tested over 3 weeks, vape pen formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Where buyers go wrong with frozen in Belgrade
Frozen vape pen reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 8 units and 3 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
Frozen prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Belgrade that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within RSD2.07 per 10 ml.
If you only read one line: the vape pen you buy decides how long frozen tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a frozen vape pen really costs in Belgrade
Frozen prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Belgrade that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within RSD2.07 per 10 ml.
How we tested frozen in a vape pen
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Serbia, not a suggestion.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Batch code and production date, so a frozen bottle turned in 3 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where frozen goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a vape pen and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Buying the cheapest vape pen available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long frozen in Belgrade survives.
The rules that apply here
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid. Shipping of nicotine to Belgrade runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Packaging for frozen in Belgrade must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

Frequently asked questions
How long does frozen in a vape pen last?
In Belgrade we measured 3 to 8 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Can I order Jouza Hookah online in Belgrade?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 3–8 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
What nicotine strength should frozen start at?
Start at whatever Serbia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a vape pen.
