Grapey cartomizer Jouza Hookah in Belgrade: the price shortlist
Grapey in Belgrade: 23 units tested over 7 weeks, cartomizer formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Choosing a cartomizer for grapey
Grapey prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Belgrade that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within RSD2.49 per 10 ml.
Grapey cartomizer reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 23 units and 7 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
The short version: grapey in Belgrade works if the cartomizer, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a grapey cartomizer really costs in Belgrade
A grapey cartomizer from the value options in Belgrade costs about RSD2.49 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested grapey in a cartomizer
- Pick the cartomizer that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Stock depth: 23 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a cartomizer arrives sealed but wrong.
- Batch code and production date, so a grapey bottle turned in 7 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where grapey goes wrong
- Treating the advertised RSD63 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD2.49 per 10 ml.
- Ignoring the batch date on a cartomizer and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Buying the cheapest cartomizer available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid.
