Grapey cartomizer Jouza Hookah in Belgrade: the review shortlist
Grapey in Belgrade: 15 units tested over 8 weeks, cartomizer formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Delivery, returns and what 3–8 business days really means
We run grapey the same way in Belgrade: same cartomizer, same 8 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
A grapey cartomizer from the reviewed options in Belgrade costs about RSD3.36 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
The short version: grapey in Belgrade works if the cartomizer, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a grapey cartomizer really costs in Belgrade
Grapey in a cartomizer is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Belgrade the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested grapey in a cartomizer
- Pick the cartomizer that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Spare parts availability for cartomizer in Belgrade, since tanks and pods go first.
- Batch code and production date, so a grapey bottle turned in 8 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every grapey bottle shipped into Belgrade.
Where grapey goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long grapey in Belgrade survives.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Belgrade accept nicotine freight.
- Chasing a discount on a cartomizer that then needs an adapter nobody in Belgrade stocks.
The rules that apply here

Not automatically. On grapey the budget price and the premium price can sit within RSD3.36 per 10 ml once 3–8 business days is counted.
What nicotine strength should grapey start at?
Start at whatever Serbia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a cartomizer.

Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid.
