Grapey starter kit Jouza Hookah in Belgrade: the online shortlist
Grapey in Belgrade: 9 units tested over 4 weeks, starter kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
How to tell a good starter kit from a repack
Grapey in a starter kit is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Belgrade the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
Ordering into Belgrade usually means waiting 3–8 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
Below is the run we did for this search: 9 units, starter kit, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a grapey starter kit really costs in Belgrade
Ordering into Belgrade usually means waiting 3–8 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
How we tested grapey in a starter kit
- Pick the starter kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Serbia, not a suggestion.
- Spare parts availability for starter kit in Belgrade, since tanks and pods go first.
Where grapey goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long grapey in Belgrade survives.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why grapey tastes flat after two days.
- Chasing a discount on a starter kit that then needs an adapter nobody in Belgrade stocks.
The rules that apply here
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid. Shipping of nicotine to Belgrade runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Wholesale lines to Serbia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Frequently asked questions
Why does grapey taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the starter kit units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the grapey blend itself harsh.
Is grapey legal to sell in Serbia?
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On grapey the budget price and the premium price can sit within RSD2.07 per 10 ml once 3–8 business days is counted.
