Graphite 30 ml shortfill Jouza Hookah in Belgrade: the budget shortlist — Belgradejouza
Graphite in Belgrade: 24 units tested over 7 weeks, 30 ml shortfill formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Coil life, liquid cost and the graphite habit
Graphite 30 ml shortfill reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 24 units and 7 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
We run graphite the same way in Belgrade: same 30 ml shortfill, same 7 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
The short version: graphite in Belgrade works if the 30 ml shortfill, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a graphite 30 ml shortfill really costs in Belgrade
Graphite sounds like one product. It is not: a 30 ml shortfill running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
How we tested graphite in a 30 ml shortfill
- Pick the 30 ml shortfill that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Coil type inside the 30 ml shortfill, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Serbia, not a suggestion.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where graphite goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest 30 ml shortfill available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why graphite tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Serbia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Packaging for graphite in Belgrade must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

| Entry kit | RSD38 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | RSD2.77 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |
