Graphite 30 ml shortfill Jouza Hookah in Belgrade: the price shortlist — Belgradejouza
Graphite in Belgrade: 16 units tested over 6 weeks, 30 ml shortfill formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Delivery, returns and what 3–8 business days really means
Graphite 30 ml shortfill reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 16 units and 6 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
If you are looking at graphite in Belgrade, the first question is not strength. It is whether the 30 ml shortfill you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
The short version: graphite in Belgrade works if the 30 ml shortfill, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a graphite 30 ml shortfill really costs in Belgrade
A graphite 30 ml shortfill from the value options in Belgrade costs about RSD1.93 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested graphite in a 30 ml shortfill
- Pick the 30 ml shortfill that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a 30 ml shortfill arrives sealed but wrong.
- Stock depth: 16 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Coil type inside the 30 ml shortfill, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where graphite goes wrong
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Treating the advertised RSD42 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD1.93 per 10 ml.
- Buying the cheapest 30 ml shortfill available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Serbia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Wholesale lines to Serbia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Frequently asked questions
Why does graphite taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the 30 ml shortfill units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the graphite blend itself harsh.
What nicotine strength should graphite start at?
Start at whatever Serbia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a 30 ml shortfill.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On graphite the budget price and the premium price can sit within RSD1.93 per 10 ml once 3–8 business days is counted.
