Graphite e-liquid bundle Jouza Hookah in Belgrade: the order shortlist — Belgradejouza
Graphite in Belgrade: 18 units tested over 2 weeks, e-liquid bundle formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
What the label on Graphite is allowed to say
Graphite sounds like one product. It is not: a e-liquid bundle running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
A graphite e-liquid bundle from the pre-order options in Belgrade costs about RSD2.4 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
The short version: graphite in Belgrade works if the e-liquid bundle, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a graphite e-liquid bundle really costs in Belgrade
A graphite e-liquid bundle from the pre-order options in Belgrade costs about RSD2.4 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested graphite in a e-liquid bundle
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Pick the e-liquid bundle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Stock depth: 18 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a e-liquid bundle arrives sealed but wrong.
- Coil type inside the e-liquid bundle, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where graphite goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a e-liquid bundle that then needs an adapter nobody in Belgrade stocks.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long graphite in Belgrade survives.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Belgrade accept nicotine freight.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for graphite in Belgrade must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Retail sales in Serbia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
Is graphite legal to sell in Serbia?
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid.
Why does graphite taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the e-liquid bundle units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the graphite blend itself harsh.
What nicotine strength should graphite start at?
Start at whatever Serbia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a e-liquid bundle.
