Graphite e-liquid bundle Jouza Hookah in Belgrade: the wholesale shortlist — Belgradejouza
Graphite in Belgrade: 9 units tested over 4 weeks, e-liquid bundle formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
We run graphite the same way in Belgrade: same e-liquid bundle, same 4 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Most people searching Jouza Hookah in Belgrade are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
Below is the run we did for this search: 9 units, e-liquid bundle, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a graphite e-liquid bundle really costs in Belgrade
Graphite in Belgrade reaches the shelf in e-liquid bundle formats, and the bulk ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
How we tested graphite in a e-liquid bundle
- Pick the e-liquid bundle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Coil type inside the e-liquid bundle, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every graphite bottle shipped into Belgrade.
- Batch code and production date, so a graphite bottle turned in 4 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a e-liquid bundle arrives sealed but wrong.
Where graphite goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest e-liquid bundle available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Ignoring the batch date on a e-liquid bundle and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Treating the advertised RSD40 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD2.88 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid.
Retail sales in Serbia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a e-liquid bundle cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Belgrade: about RSD2.88 per 10 ml liquid plus RSD40 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On graphite the budget price and the premium price can sit within RSD2.88 per 10 ml once 3–8 business days is counted.
Why does graphite taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the e-liquid bundle units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the graphite blend itself harsh.
