Graphite mesh tank Jouza Hookah in Belgrade: the order shortlist
Graphite in Belgrade: 11 units tested over 8 weeks, mesh tank formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
What the label on Graphite is allowed to say
Graphite prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Belgrade that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within RSD3.15 per 10 ml.
If you are looking at graphite in Belgrade, the first question is not strength. It is whether the mesh tank you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
If you only read one line: the mesh tank you buy decides how long graphite tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a graphite mesh tank really costs in Belgrade
Graphite in Belgrade reaches the shelf in mesh tank formats, and the pre-order ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
How we tested graphite in a mesh tank
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the mesh tank that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Batch code and production date, so a graphite bottle turned in 8 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a mesh tank arrives sealed but wrong.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Serbia, not a suggestion.
Where graphite goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a mesh tank that then needs an adapter nobody in Belgrade stocks.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Belgrade accept nicotine freight.
- Treating the advertised RSD64 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD3.15 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid.
Retail sales in Serbia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should graphite start at?
Start at whatever Serbia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a mesh tank.
Do you ship tracked orders to Belgrade?
Yes, tracked to 3–8 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
How long does graphite in a mesh tank last?
In Belgrade we measured 8 to 11 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
