Graphite mesh tank Jouza Hookah in Belgrade: the price shortlist
Graphite in Belgrade: 18 units tested over 2 weeks, mesh tank formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Where buyers go wrong with graphite in Belgrade
If you are looking at graphite in Belgrade, the first question is not strength. It is whether the mesh tank you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
Most people searching Jouza Hookah in Belgrade are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
If you only read one line: the mesh tank you buy decides how long graphite tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a graphite mesh tank really costs in Belgrade
We run graphite the same way in Belgrade: same mesh tank, same 2 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested graphite in a mesh tank
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Pick the mesh tank that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every graphite bottle shipped into Belgrade.
- Stock depth: 18 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where graphite goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Belgrade accept nicotine freight.
- Chasing a discount on a mesh tank that then needs an adapter nobody in Belgrade stocks.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why graphite tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Serbia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a mesh tank cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Belgrade: about RSD2.99 per 10 ml liquid plus RSD56 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On graphite the budget price and the premium price can sit within RSD2.99 per 10 ml once 3–8 business days is counted.
Why does graphite taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the mesh tank units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the graphite blend itself harsh.
