Graphite refill pack Jouza Hookah in Belgrade: the flat shortlist
Graphite in Belgrade: 9 units tested over 2 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
How to tell a good refill pack from a repack
We run graphite the same way in Belgrade: same refill pack, same 2 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
There is no single best way to buy Jouza Hookah in Belgrade. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
The short version: graphite in Belgrade works if the refill pack, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a graphite refill pack really costs in Belgrade
Graphite in Belgrade reaches the shelf in refill pack formats, and the flat-rate ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
How we tested graphite in a refill pack
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Stock depth: 9 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Coil type inside the refill pack, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a refill pack arrives sealed but wrong.
Where graphite goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest refill pack available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long graphite in Belgrade survives.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why graphite tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Serbia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Packaging for graphite in Belgrade must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

| Refill cost | RSD3.58 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |

Frequently asked questions
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On graphite the budget price and the premium price can sit within RSD3.58 per 10 ml once 3–8 business days is counted.
Why does graphite taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the refill pack units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the graphite blend itself harsh.
Do you ship tracked orders to Belgrade?
Yes, tracked to 3–8 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
