Graphite starter kit Jouza Hookah in Belgrade: the cheap shortlist — Belgradejouza
Graphite in Belgrade: 19 units tested over 7 weeks, starter kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Coil life, liquid cost and the graphite habit
If you are looking at graphite in Belgrade, the first question is not strength. It is whether the starter kit you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
Graphite sounds like one product. It is not: a starter kit running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
The short version: graphite in Belgrade works if the starter kit, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a graphite starter kit really costs in Belgrade
Graphite starter kit reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 19 units and 7 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested graphite in a starter kit
- Pick the starter kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Stock depth: 19 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Spare parts availability for starter kit in Belgrade, since tanks and pods go first.
- Coil type inside the starter kit, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where graphite goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long graphite in Belgrade survives.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Mixing graphite with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Serbia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid.

| Entry kit | RSD40 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | RSD2.15 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |

Why does graphite taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the starter kit units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the graphite blend itself harsh.
How much does a starter kit cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Belgrade: about RSD2.15 per 10 ml liquid plus RSD40 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
