Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
If you are looking at graphite in Belgrade, the first question is not strength. It is whether the sub-ohm kit you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
A graphite sub-ohm kit from the cheapest options in Belgrade costs about RSD2.83 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Below is the run we did for this search: 23 units, sub-ohm kit, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a graphite sub-ohm kit really costs in Belgrade
Graphite sub-ohm kit reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 23 units and 7 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested graphite in a sub-ohm kit
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Pick the sub-ohm kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Spare parts availability for sub-ohm kit in Belgrade, since tanks and pods go first.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every graphite bottle shipped into Belgrade.
- Coil type inside the sub-ohm kit, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Serbia, not a suggestion.
Where graphite goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Belgrade accept nicotine freight.
- Treating the advertised RSD60 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD2.83 per 10 ml.
- Buying the cheapest sub-ohm kit available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid.
Retail sales in Serbia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
