Graphite vape pen Jouza Hookah in Belgrade: the budget shortlist
Graphite in Belgrade: 18 units tested over 2 weeks, vape pen formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Coil life, liquid cost and the graphite habit
Graphite prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Belgrade that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within RSD1.68 per 10 ml.
We run graphite the same way in Belgrade: same vape pen, same 2 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
If you only read one line: the vape pen you buy decides how long graphite tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a graphite vape pen really costs in Belgrade
Graphite sounds like one product. It is not: a vape pen running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
How we tested graphite in a vape pen
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Pick the vape pen that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Batch code and production date, so a graphite bottle turned in 2 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every graphite bottle shipped into Belgrade.
- Coil type inside the vape pen, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where graphite goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a vape pen that then needs an adapter nobody in Belgrade stocks.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why graphite tastes flat after two days.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Belgrade accept nicotine freight.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Serbia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Packaging for graphite in Belgrade must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
