Graphite vape pen Jouza Hookah in Belgrade: the price shortlist
Graphite in Belgrade: 10 units tested over 2 weeks, vape pen formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
What the label on Graphite is allowed to say
Graphite in a vape pen is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Belgrade the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
Most people searching Jouza Hookah in Belgrade are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
Below is the run we did for this search: 10 units, vape pen, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a graphite vape pen really costs in Belgrade
Graphite prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Belgrade that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within RSD2.01 per 10 ml.
How we tested graphite in a vape pen
- Pick the vape pen that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Batch code and production date, so a graphite bottle turned in 2 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a vape pen arrives sealed but wrong.
- Stock depth: 10 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where graphite goes wrong
- Mixing graphite with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long graphite in Belgrade survives.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why graphite tastes flat after two days.

Frequently asked questions
Is graphite legal to sell in Serbia?
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid.
Why does graphite taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the vape pen units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the graphite blend itself harsh.
What nicotine strength should graphite start at?
Start at whatever Serbia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a vape pen.
