Ordering Jouza Hookah to Belgrade: the practical version
There is no single best way to buy Jouza Hookah in Belgrade. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
Graphite prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Belgrade that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within RSD2.45 per 10 ml.
The short version: graphite in Belgrade works if the zero-nicotine bottle, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a graphite zero-nicotine bottle really costs in Belgrade
A graphite zero-nicotine bottle from the pre-order options in Belgrade costs about RSD2.45 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested graphite in a zero-nicotine bottle
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Pick the zero-nicotine bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a zero-nicotine bottle arrives sealed but wrong.
- Stock depth: 24 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where graphite goes wrong
- Treating the advertised RSD52 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD2.45 per 10 ml.
- Buying the cheapest zero-nicotine bottle available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Serbia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Packaging for graphite in Belgrade must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

How much does a zero-nicotine bottle cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Belgrade: about RSD2.45 per 10 ml liquid plus RSD52 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
