Guava pen device Jouza Hookah in Belgrade: the deals shortlist
Guava in Belgrade: 13 units tested over 7 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
How to tell a good pen device from a repack
Ordering into Belgrade usually means waiting 3–8 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
Guava in a pen device is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Belgrade the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
If you only read one line: the pen device you buy decides how long guava tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a guava pen device really costs in Belgrade
Guava in Belgrade reaches the shelf in pen device formats, and the discounted ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
How we tested guava in a pen device
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Coil type inside the pen device, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Serbia, not a suggestion.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a pen device arrives sealed but wrong.
Where guava goes wrong
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Ignoring the batch date on a pen device and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Treating the advertised RSD50 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD3.24 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Serbia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid. Shipping of nicotine to Belgrade runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

| Nicotine ceiling | 20 mg/mL | Legal retail limit in Serbia |

| Entry kit | RSD50 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | RSD3.24 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |

Frequently asked questions
How much does a pen device cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Belgrade: about RSD3.24 per 10 ml liquid plus RSD50 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
How long does guava in a pen device last?
In Belgrade we measured 7 to 13 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Why does guava taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the pen device units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the guava blend itself harsh.
