Herbal 30 ml shortfill Jouza Hookah in Belgrade: the review shortlist — Belgradejouza
Herbal in Belgrade: 14 units tested over 5 weeks, 30 ml shortfill formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
What the label on Herbal is allowed to say
Herbal prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Belgrade that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within RSD3.06 per 10 ml.
Herbal sounds like one product. It is not: a 30 ml shortfill running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
If you only read one line: the 30 ml shortfill you buy decides how long herbal tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a herbal 30 ml shortfill really costs in Belgrade
If you are looking at herbal in Belgrade, the first question is not strength. It is whether the 30 ml shortfill you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested herbal in a 30 ml shortfill
- Pick the 30 ml shortfill that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Batch code and production date, so a herbal bottle turned in 5 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Coil type inside the 30 ml shortfill, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where herbal goes wrong
- Mixing herbal with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Chasing a discount on a 30 ml shortfill that then needs an adapter nobody in Belgrade stocks.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Belgrade accept nicotine freight.
The rules that apply here
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid.
Packaging for herbal in Belgrade must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

Frequently asked questions
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On herbal the budget price and the premium price can sit within RSD3.06 per 10 ml once 3–8 business days is counted.
Do you ship tracked orders to Belgrade?
Yes, tracked to 3–8 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
Why does herbal taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the 30 ml shortfill units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the herbal blend itself harsh.
