Herbal pen device Jouza Hookah in Belgrade: the flat shortlist
Herbal in Belgrade: 22 units tested over 5 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Choosing a pen device for herbal
Ordering into Belgrade usually means waiting 3–8 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
Herbal pen device reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 22 units and 5 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
If you only read one line: the pen device you buy decides how long herbal tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a herbal pen device really costs in Belgrade
We run herbal the same way in Belgrade: same pen device, same 5 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested herbal in a pen device
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a pen device arrives sealed but wrong.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Stock depth: 22 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Batch code and production date, so a herbal bottle turned in 5 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where herbal goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why herbal tastes flat after two days.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long herbal in Belgrade survives.
The rules that apply here
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid. Shipping of nicotine to Belgrade runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Packaging for herbal in Belgrade must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a pen device cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Belgrade: about RSD2.08 per 10 ml liquid plus RSD55 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Why does herbal taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the pen device units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the herbal blend itself harsh.
What nicotine strength should herbal start at?
Start at whatever Serbia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a pen device.
