Herbal zero-nicotine bottle Jouza Hookah in Belgrade: the budget shortlist — Belgradejouza
Herbal in Belgrade: 13 units tested over 2 weeks, zero-nicotine bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
What the label on Herbal is allowed to say
A herbal zero-nicotine bottle from the budget options in Belgrade costs about RSD2.58 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Herbal in a zero-nicotine bottle is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Belgrade the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
Below is the run we did for this search: 13 units, zero-nicotine bottle, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a herbal zero-nicotine bottle really costs in Belgrade
Herbal prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Belgrade that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within RSD2.58 per 10 ml.
How we tested herbal in a zero-nicotine bottle
- Pick the zero-nicotine bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Serbia, not a suggestion.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Batch code and production date, so a herbal bottle turned in 2 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where herbal goes wrong
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Belgrade accept nicotine freight.
- Chasing a discount on a zero-nicotine bottle that then needs an adapter nobody in Belgrade stocks.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Serbia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid.
