Honey RDA Jouza Hookah in Belgrade: the deals shortlist
Honey in Belgrade: 14 units tested over 4 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Choosing a RDA for honey
If you are looking at honey in Belgrade, the first question is not strength. It is whether the RDA you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
Honey prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Belgrade that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within RSD3.06 per 10 ml.
Below is the run we did for this search: 14 units, RDA, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a honey RDA really costs in Belgrade
We run honey the same way in Belgrade: same RDA, same 4 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested honey in a RDA
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Stock depth: 14 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Spare parts availability for RDA in Belgrade, since tanks and pods go first.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Serbia, not a suggestion.
Where honey goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long honey in Belgrade survives.
- Mixing honey with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Treating the advertised RSD62 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD3.06 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid. Shipping of nicotine to Belgrade runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a RDA cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Belgrade: about RSD3.06 per 10 ml liquid plus RSD62 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
What nicotine strength should honey start at?
Start at whatever Serbia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a RDA.
Why does honey taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the RDA units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the honey blend itself harsh.
