Honey vape pen Jouza Hookah in Belgrade: the compare shortlist
Honey in Belgrade: 20 units tested over 9 weeks, vape pen formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Where buyers go wrong with honey in Belgrade
Honey prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Belgrade that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within RSD3.56 per 10 ml.
A honey vape pen from the compared options in Belgrade costs about RSD3.56 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Below is the run we did for this search: 20 units, vape pen, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a honey vape pen really costs in Belgrade
Honey in a vape pen is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Belgrade the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested honey in a vape pen
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a vape pen arrives sealed but wrong.
- Stock depth: 20 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where honey goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest vape pen available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Belgrade accept nicotine freight.
- Chasing a discount on a vape pen that then needs an adapter nobody in Belgrade stocks.
The rules that apply here
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid. Shipping of nicotine to Belgrade runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Wholesale lines to Serbia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Frequently asked questions
Do you ship tracked orders to Belgrade?
Yes, tracked to 3–8 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
Can I order Jouza Hookah online in Belgrade?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 3–8 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
Why does honey taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the vape pen units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the honey blend itself harsh.
