Honey zero-nicotine bottle Jouza Hookah in Belgrade: the budget shortlist — Belgradejouza
Honey in Belgrade: 6 units tested over 3 weeks, zero-nicotine bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Delivery, returns and what 3–8 business days really means
If you are looking at honey in Belgrade, the first question is not strength. It is whether the zero-nicotine bottle you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
We run honey the same way in Belgrade: same zero-nicotine bottle, same 3 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
The short version: honey in Belgrade works if the zero-nicotine bottle, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a honey zero-nicotine bottle really costs in Belgrade
If you are looking at honey in Belgrade, the first question is not strength. It is whether the zero-nicotine bottle you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested honey in a zero-nicotine bottle
- Pick the zero-nicotine bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Spare parts availability for zero-nicotine bottle in Belgrade, since tanks and pods go first.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Serbia, not a suggestion.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a zero-nicotine bottle arrives sealed but wrong.
- Batch code and production date, so a honey bottle turned in 3 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where honey goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Belgrade accept nicotine freight.
- Treating the advertised RSD62 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD3.5 per 10 ml.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why honey tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid.
Retail sales in Serbia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

| Nicotine ceiling | 20 mg/mL | Legal retail limit in Serbia |

| Entry kit | RSD62 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | RSD3.5 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |
