Delivery, returns and what 3–8 business days really means
Iced 30 ml shortfill reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 13 units and 7 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
The honest read on iced: 13 units through the same routine over 7 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
If you only read one line: the 30 ml shortfill you buy decides how long iced tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.

How we tested iced in a 30 ml shortfill
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Serbia, not a suggestion.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every iced bottle shipped into Belgrade.
Where iced goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why iced tastes flat after two days.
- Chasing a discount on a 30 ml shortfill that then needs an adapter nobody in Belgrade stocks.
- Treating the advertised RSD60 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD2.86 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for iced in Belgrade must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Retail sales in Serbia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
