Iced cartomizer Jouza Hookah in Belgrade: the cheap shortlist
Iced in Belgrade: 17 units tested over 3 weeks, cartomizer formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Delivery, returns and what 3–8 business days really means
Iced in Belgrade reaches the shelf in cartomizer formats, and the cheapest ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
Iced prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Belgrade that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within RSD3.53 per 10 ml.
The short version: iced in Belgrade works if the cartomizer, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a iced cartomizer really costs in Belgrade
There is no single best way to buy Jouza Hookah in Belgrade. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
How we tested iced in a cartomizer
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Batch code and production date, so a iced bottle turned in 3 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every iced bottle shipped into Belgrade.
Where iced goes wrong
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long iced in Belgrade survives.
- Ignoring the batch date on a cartomizer and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for iced in Belgrade must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Wholesale lines to Serbia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

| Nicotine ceiling | 20 mg/mL | Legal retail limit in Serbia |

| Entry kit | RSD52 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | RSD3.53 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |

Frequently asked questions
Why does iced taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the cartomizer units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the iced blend itself harsh.
What nicotine strength should iced start at?
Start at whatever Serbia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a cartomizer.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On iced the budget price and the premium price can sit within RSD3.53 per 10 ml once 3–8 business days is counted.
