Iced cartomizer Jouza Hookah in Belgrade: the review shortlist
Iced in Belgrade: 18 units tested over 5 weeks, cartomizer formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
What iced costs in Belgrade
Iced in a cartomizer is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Belgrade the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
A iced cartomizer from the reviewed options in Belgrade costs about RSD3.21 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
The short version: iced in Belgrade works if the cartomizer, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.

How we tested iced in a cartomizer
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Pick the cartomizer that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Coil type inside the cartomizer, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Batch code and production date, so a iced bottle turned in 5 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Spare parts availability for cartomizer in Belgrade, since tanks and pods go first.
Where iced goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long iced in Belgrade survives.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why iced tastes flat after two days.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Belgrade accept nicotine freight.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a cartomizer cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Belgrade: about RSD3.21 per 10 ml liquid plus RSD30 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Why does iced taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the cartomizer units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the iced blend itself harsh.
What nicotine strength should iced start at?
Start at whatever Serbia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a cartomizer.
