Iced mesh tank Jouza Hookah in Belgrade: the budget shortlist
Iced in Belgrade: 20 units tested over 7 weeks, mesh tank formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
What the label on Iced is allowed to say
If you are looking at iced in Belgrade, the first question is not strength. It is whether the mesh tank you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
We run iced the same way in Belgrade: same mesh tank, same 7 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Below is the run we did for this search: 20 units, mesh tank, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a iced mesh tank really costs in Belgrade
There is no single best way to buy Jouza Hookah in Belgrade. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
How we tested iced in a mesh tank
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Batch code and production date, so a iced bottle turned in 7 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a mesh tank arrives sealed but wrong.
- Spare parts availability for mesh tank in Belgrade, since tanks and pods go first.
- Coil type inside the mesh tank, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where iced goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a mesh tank that then needs an adapter nobody in Belgrade stocks.
- Ignoring the batch date on a mesh tank and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why iced tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Serbia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid. Shipping of nicotine to Belgrade runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

| Nicotine ceiling | 20 mg/mL | Legal retail limit in Serbia |

| Entry kit | RSD55 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | RSD3.38 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |

Frequently asked questions
Why does iced taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the mesh tank units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the iced blend itself harsh.
How long does iced in a mesh tank last?
In Belgrade we measured 7 to 20 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On iced the budget price and the premium price can sit within RSD3.38 per 10 ml once 3–8 business days is counted.
