Iced RDA Jouza Hookah in Belgrade: the cheap shortlist
Iced in Belgrade: 22 units tested over 2 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
How to tell a good RDA from a repack
A iced RDA from the cheapest options in Belgrade costs about RSD3.48 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Iced RDA reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 22 units and 2 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
The short version: iced in Belgrade works if the RDA, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a iced RDA really costs in Belgrade
A iced RDA from the cheapest options in Belgrade costs about RSD3.48 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested iced in a RDA
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the RDA that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Serbia, not a suggestion.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a RDA arrives sealed but wrong.
- Coil type inside the RDA, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where iced goes wrong
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why iced tastes flat after two days.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long iced in Belgrade survives.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for iced in Belgrade must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid. Shipping of nicotine to Belgrade runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
How long does iced in a RDA last?
In Belgrade we measured 2 to 22 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Why does iced taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the RDA units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the iced blend itself harsh.
Is iced legal to sell in Serbia?
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid.
