Iced refill pack Jouza Hookah in Belgrade: the deals shortlist
Iced in Belgrade: 7 units tested over 4 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
A iced refill pack from the discounted options in Belgrade costs about RSD3.49 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Iced refill pack reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 7 units and 4 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
If you only read one line: the refill pack you buy decides how long iced tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a iced refill pack really costs in Belgrade
Iced prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Belgrade that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within RSD3.49 per 10 ml.
How we tested iced in a refill pack
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a refill pack arrives sealed but wrong.
- Batch code and production date, so a iced bottle turned in 4 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Stock depth: 7 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Coil type inside the refill pack, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where iced goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a refill pack that then needs an adapter nobody in Belgrade stocks.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Belgrade accept nicotine freight.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid.
Packaging for iced in Belgrade must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
