Iced starter kit Jouza Hookah in Belgrade: the deals shortlist
Iced in Belgrade: 23 units tested over 5 weeks, starter kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Delivery, returns and what 3–8 business days really means
If you are looking at iced in Belgrade, the first question is not strength. It is whether the starter kit you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
Ordering into Belgrade usually means waiting 3–8 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
The short version: iced in Belgrade works if the starter kit, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a iced starter kit really costs in Belgrade
Iced prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Belgrade that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within RSD3.28 per 10 ml.
How we tested iced in a starter kit
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the starter kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Spare parts availability for starter kit in Belgrade, since tanks and pods go first.
- Coil type inside the starter kit, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Stock depth: 23 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a starter kit arrives sealed but wrong.
Where iced goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a starter kit and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long iced in Belgrade survives.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Belgrade accept nicotine freight.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for iced in Belgrade must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid. Shipping of nicotine to Belgrade runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
