Iced vape pen Jouza Hookah in Belgrade: the deals shortlist
Iced in Belgrade: 10 units tested over 3 weeks, vape pen formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
What the label on Iced is allowed to say
We run iced the same way in Belgrade: same vape pen, same 3 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
A iced vape pen from the discounted options in Belgrade costs about RSD3.07 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
The short version: iced in Belgrade works if the vape pen, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a iced vape pen really costs in Belgrade
The honest read on iced: 10 units through the same routine over 3 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
How we tested iced in a vape pen
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the vape pen that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a vape pen arrives sealed but wrong.
- Spare parts availability for vape pen in Belgrade, since tanks and pods go first.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where iced goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long iced in Belgrade survives.
- Chasing a discount on a vape pen that then needs an adapter nobody in Belgrade stocks.
- Buying the cheapest vape pen available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Serbia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid. Shipping of nicotine to Belgrade runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

| Nicotine ceiling | 20 mg/mL | Legal retail limit in Serbia |

| Entry kit | RSD42 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | RSD3.07 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |
