Lemon RDA Jouza Hookah in Belgrade: the flat shortlist
Lemon in Belgrade: 9 units tested over 5 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
What the label on Lemon is allowed to say
There is no single best way to buy Jouza Hookah in Belgrade. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
Lemon in Belgrade reaches the shelf in RDA formats, and the flat-rate ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
The short version: lemon in Belgrade works if the RDA, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a lemon RDA really costs in Belgrade
Lemon sounds like one product. It is not: a RDA running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
How we tested lemon in a RDA
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Pick the RDA that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Serbia, not a suggestion.
- Coil type inside the RDA, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Spare parts availability for RDA in Belgrade, since tanks and pods go first.
Where lemon goes wrong
- Treating the advertised RSD44 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD2.83 per 10 ml.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Chasing a discount on a RDA that then needs an adapter nobody in Belgrade stocks.
The rules that apply here
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid. Shipping of nicotine to Belgrade runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a RDA cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Belgrade: about RSD2.83 per 10 ml liquid plus RSD44 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
What nicotine strength should lemon start at?
Start at whatever Serbia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a RDA.
Why does lemon taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the RDA units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the lemon blend itself harsh.
