Lemon refill pack Jouza Hookah in Belgrade: the budget shortlist
Lemon in Belgrade: 8 units tested over 4 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
What the label on Lemon is allowed to say
Lemon sounds like one product. It is not: a refill pack running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
Ordering into Belgrade usually means waiting 3–8 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
The short version: lemon in Belgrade works if the refill pack, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a lemon refill pack really costs in Belgrade
Lemon in Belgrade reaches the shelf in refill pack formats, and the budget ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
How we tested lemon in a refill pack
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every lemon bottle shipped into Belgrade.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Serbia, not a suggestion.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where lemon goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a refill pack and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Treating the advertised RSD59 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD1.75 per 10 ml.
- Mixing lemon with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
The rules that apply here
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid. Shipping of nicotine to Belgrade runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Wholesale lines to Serbia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
| What it is | This page | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| Flavour | Lemon | Decides coil choice more than strength does |

| Nicotine ceiling | 20 mg/mL | Legal retail limit in Serbia |
| Coil life | ~4 days | The hidden monthly cost |
| Delivery to Belgrade | 3–8 business days | Buffer the reorder around this |
| Entry kit | RSD59 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | RSD1.75 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |

Frequently asked questions
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On lemon the budget price and the premium price can sit within RSD1.75 per 10 ml once 3–8 business days is counted.
How much does a refill pack cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Belgrade: about RSD1.75 per 10 ml liquid plus RSD59 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Why does lemon taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the refill pack units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the lemon blend itself harsh.
