Licorice cartomizer Jouza Hookah in Belgrade: the best shortlist
Licorice in Belgrade: 8 units tested over 3 weeks, cartomizer formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
Licorice prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Belgrade that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within RSD2.97 per 10 ml.
Licorice in Belgrade reaches the shelf in cartomizer formats, and the best ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
Below is the run we did for this search: 8 units, cartomizer, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a licorice cartomizer really costs in Belgrade
Licorice sounds like one product. It is not: a cartomizer running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
How we tested licorice in a cartomizer
- Pick the cartomizer that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Coil type inside the cartomizer, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Serbia, not a suggestion.
Where licorice goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a cartomizer and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Mixing licorice with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
The rules that apply here
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid. Shipping of nicotine to Belgrade runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should licorice start at?
Start at whatever Serbia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a cartomizer.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On licorice the budget price and the premium price can sit within RSD2.97 per 10 ml once 3–8 business days is counted.
Why does licorice taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the cartomizer units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the licorice blend itself harsh.
