Licorice pen device Jouza Hookah in Belgrade: the deals shortlist
Licorice in Belgrade: 18 units tested over 9 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
What the label on Licorice is allowed to say
Licorice in Belgrade reaches the shelf in pen device formats, and the discounted ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
Licorice prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Belgrade that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within RSD3.56 per 10 ml.
The short version: licorice in Belgrade works if the pen device, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a licorice pen device really costs in Belgrade
Licorice in a pen device is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Belgrade the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested licorice in a pen device
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every licorice bottle shipped into Belgrade.
- Coil type inside the pen device, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Stock depth: 18 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where licorice goes wrong
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Mixing licorice with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Chasing a discount on a pen device that then needs an adapter nobody in Belgrade stocks.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Serbia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
Why does licorice taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the pen device units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the licorice blend itself harsh.
Is licorice legal to sell in Serbia?
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid.
How long does licorice in a pen device last?
In Belgrade we measured 9 to 18 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
