Licorice refill pack Jouza Hookah in Belgrade: the flat shortlist
Licorice in Belgrade: 14 units tested over 4 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
What licorice costs in Belgrade
Most people searching Jouza Hookah in Belgrade are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
Licorice prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Belgrade that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within RSD2.63 per 10 ml.
If you only read one line: the refill pack you buy decides how long licorice tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a licorice refill pack really costs in Belgrade
Licorice in a refill pack is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Belgrade the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested licorice in a refill pack
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Batch code and production date, so a licorice bottle turned in 4 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Coil type inside the refill pack, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where licorice goes wrong
- Mixing licorice with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Belgrade accept nicotine freight.
The rules that apply here
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid. Shipping of nicotine to Belgrade runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Packaging for licorice in Belgrade must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a refill pack cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Belgrade: about RSD2.63 per 10 ml liquid plus RSD50 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On licorice the budget price and the premium price can sit within RSD2.63 per 10 ml once 3–8 business days is counted.
Why does licorice taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the refill pack units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the licorice blend itself harsh.
