Licorice starter kit Jouza Hookah in Belgrade: the price shortlist — Belgradejouza
Licorice in Belgrade: 23 units tested over 9 weeks, starter kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Coil life, liquid cost and the licorice habit
We run licorice the same way in Belgrade: same starter kit, same 9 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Licorice starter kit reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 23 units and 9 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
Below is the run we did for this search: 23 units, starter kit, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a licorice starter kit really costs in Belgrade
The honest read on licorice: 23 units through the same routine over 9 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
How we tested licorice in a starter kit
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Stock depth: 23 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every licorice bottle shipped into Belgrade.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Serbia, not a suggestion.
Where licorice goes wrong
- Treating the advertised RSD36 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD1.71 per 10 ml.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Belgrade accept nicotine freight.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long licorice in Belgrade survives.
The rules that apply here
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid. Shipping of nicotine to Belgrade runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Retail sales in Serbia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
Do you ship tracked orders to Belgrade?
Yes, tracked to 3–8 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
How long does licorice in a starter kit last?
In Belgrade we measured 9 to 23 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Why does licorice taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the starter kit units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the licorice blend itself harsh.
