Licorice vape pen Jouza Hookah in Belgrade: the budget shortlist
Licorice in Belgrade: 18 units tested over 8 weeks, vape pen formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Where buyers go wrong with licorice in Belgrade
Licorice in Belgrade reaches the shelf in vape pen formats, and the budget ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
A licorice vape pen from the budget options in Belgrade costs about RSD2.62 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
The short version: licorice in Belgrade works if the vape pen, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a licorice vape pen really costs in Belgrade
Licorice prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Belgrade that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within RSD2.62 per 10 ml.
How we tested licorice in a vape pen
- Pick the vape pen that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Coil type inside the vape pen, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Stock depth: 18 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every licorice bottle shipped into Belgrade.
Where licorice goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Belgrade accept nicotine freight.
- Treating the advertised RSD28 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD2.62 per 10 ml.
- Buying the cheapest vape pen available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Serbia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid.

Frequently asked questions
Do you ship tracked orders to Belgrade?
Yes, tracked to 3–8 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
Why does licorice taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the vape pen units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the licorice blend itself harsh.
How long does licorice in a vape pen last?
In Belgrade we measured 8 to 18 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
