Licorice vape pen Jouza Hookah in Belgrade: the order shortlist
Licorice in Belgrade: 18 units tested over 4 weeks, vape pen formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Delivery, returns and what 3–8 business days really means
We run licorice the same way in Belgrade: same vape pen, same 4 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Licorice sounds like one product. It is not: a vape pen running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
Below is the run we did for this search: 18 units, vape pen, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a licorice vape pen really costs in Belgrade
Licorice prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Belgrade that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within RSD1.68 per 10 ml.
How we tested licorice in a vape pen
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Coil type inside the vape pen, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Stock depth: 18 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a vape pen arrives sealed but wrong.
Where licorice goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why licorice tastes flat after two days.
- Buying the cheapest vape pen available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Belgrade accept nicotine freight.
The rules that apply here
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid. Shipping of nicotine to Belgrade runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On licorice the budget price and the premium price can sit within RSD1.68 per 10 ml once 3–8 business days is counted.
Can I order Jouza Hookah online in Belgrade?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 3–8 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
How long does licorice in a vape pen last?
In Belgrade we measured 4 to 18 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
