Lime pen device Jouza Hookah in Belgrade: the price shortlist
Lime in Belgrade: 6 units tested over 8 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
How to tell a good pen device from a repack
Lime in a pen device is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Belgrade the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
We run lime the same way in Belgrade: same pen device, same 8 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Below is the run we did for this search: 6 units, pen device, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a lime pen device really costs in Belgrade
A lime pen device from the value options in Belgrade costs about RSD1.98 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested lime in a pen device
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Batch code and production date, so a lime bottle turned in 8 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Serbia, not a suggestion.
Where lime goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Belgrade accept nicotine freight.
- Chasing a discount on a pen device that then needs an adapter nobody in Belgrade stocks.
- Buying the cheapest pen device available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid. Shipping of nicotine to Belgrade runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a pen device cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Belgrade: about RSD1.98 per 10 ml liquid plus RSD48 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
How long does lime in a pen device last?
In Belgrade we measured 8 to 6 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Why does lime taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the pen device units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the lime blend itself harsh.
