Lime starter kit Jouza Hookah in Belgrade: the review shortlist
Lime in Belgrade: 23 units tested over 3 weeks, starter kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
Lime starter kit reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 23 units and 3 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
Lime prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Belgrade that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within RSD2.18 per 10 ml.
If you only read one line: the starter kit you buy decides how long lime tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a lime starter kit really costs in Belgrade
Lime in a starter kit is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Belgrade the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested lime in a starter kit
- Pick the starter kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Stock depth: 23 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a starter kit arrives sealed but wrong.
- Spare parts availability for starter kit in Belgrade, since tanks and pods go first.
Where lime goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a starter kit and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Buying the cheapest starter kit available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid. Shipping of nicotine to Belgrade runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Wholesale lines to Serbia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Frequently asked questions
Is lime legal to sell in Serbia?
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid.
Why does lime taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the starter kit units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the lime blend itself harsh.
How long does lime in a starter kit last?
In Belgrade we measured 3 to 23 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
